EtherMail has been founded by serial entrepreneurs Shant Kevonian and Gerald Heydenreich (eg exit of buyvip to Amazon) is located in Liechtenstein, Spain, Germany and Argentina and has received more than 7 M € in funding from top tier VC funds such as fabric, greenfield and Tim Draper.

**The Rol**e**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a number of existing client accounts.
- Onboard and train new clients to use the EtherMail tool
- Create innovative web3 campaigns
- Analyse and monitor performance data
- Continued check-ins with clients on their account and strategy, building a trusting relationship with the clients
- Educate clients about new features of the tool
- Work cross-functionally with the IT, Product, Sales and Marketing teams to increase engagement on our platform

**Skills and Qualifications**
- High level of communication skills
- Excellent proactive and creative skills
- Ability to manage multiple client journeys at once
- Web3 & blockchain knowledge / experience
- Technical curiosity or experience

**Nice to Haves**
- Has previously worked in a start-up
- University degree in marketing, communication or design
- Previous experience in a similar position as an account manager in a technical company
