**Requirements**:

- An agreement letter from your University or Business School.
- EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
- Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
- Fluent in English.

**Terms & Conditions**:

- Scholarship 960€ per month
- Grant canteen

- Insurance with Zurich during the traineeship

**Period of internship**:

- 6 months internship
- Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

**A day in the life of...**

You will work with the Product Stream Operations team within the Finance & Legal (F&L) IT product stream.

This internship will have a focus on communications within the F&L IT Stream in addition to an exposure to a broad range of operational activities including many of the following:

- Bring new ideas on communication and challenge the existing approaches
- Developing communication strategies and forming content calendars for IT Products
- Building communications content including templates, newsletters, video series, product one-pagers, how to guides, etc.
- Create on-boarding material for new team members.
- Support the team in identifying, clarifying, and documenting key processes and procedures for the product stream.
- Engage key members of the stream to identify operational areas that could benefit from better data and reporting.
- Participate in other ad-hoc continuous improvement activities.
- Contribute with fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and creativity.

- Background in Information Systems, Business administration, or Communications
- You have a positive, can-do, proactive attitude
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience designing communications content and using tools such as PowerPoint, PowToon, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Curiosity about how the administrative tasks linked to a big IT department are managed
- Interest in finance, data, analytics & reporting - knowledge of Power BI and of how to design & build reports is a plus
