We're looking for an ambitious **Account Executive** with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in **Portugal** and cover the Portuguese market.

ChooseMyCompany sells to any kind of company a powerful Saas (software as a service) that aims at:

- Gathering informations about the wellbeing of its employees and clients and analyzing these informations in order to
- Get a clear picture of where you are
- Help you deep dive all dimensions and identify strong impact measures to improve wellbeing in your company
- Provide a Score that would gather all engagement dimensions in one to help you build extra financial reports
- Sharing key informations about your organization (including on social media)

**Your mission will consist in**:

- Reach as many prospects as possible. Here are some ideas to generate leads:

- You can count on our tools and international clients
- You will need to activate your networks
- You will have to make sure CMC is part of the whole HR ecosystem (forums, conferences, events...)
- Sign both Freemium (”get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results)
- Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools

**ChooseMyCompany is new to the Portuguese market** and you will be the first employee after the country manager. Therefore, you will have a huge impact on how the future will look, we will ask you to get involved in strategic choices.

- **Profile**:_
- You have initial sales experience (~2 years or more), have some previous sales successes and can present them.
- You have strong entrepreneurial skills - you've already managed a project from start to finish and are proud of it. You liked it and you want to participate in building something new.
- You have European nationality or the possibility of obtaining a work permit in the country.
- Portuguese is your native language and you are fluent in English.
