**Objetivo del puesto**

Atención y orientación al cliente, recomendar soluciones y orientar a los usuarios de la página web.

Descripción:

- Gestión Centralita;
Realizando la primera atención en nuestras oficinas o a través de otros medios de contacto con nuestra empresa
- Atender el teléfono
- Recibir las visitas
- Tramites de paquetería
- Gestión de billetes
- Gestionar Clientes;
Proporcionando a los clientes información y soporte relacionado con la venta y el servicio.
- Recepción de llamadas, mails y WhatsApp
- Respuesta y gestión de sugerencias o incidencias
- Asesoramiento sobre producto o servicio
- Resolución de problemas con clientes

El puesto está basado en las oficinas centrales de la compañía en el Tablero, Maspalomas.

El contrato inicial es de 6 meses por sustitución de excedencia, con posible conversión a indefinido posterior.

**Estudios**

Grado Medio o titulación en formación profesional relevante para el puesto.

**Competencias requeridas**

Sensibilidad y empatía hacia el cliente, tratando a cada cliente de manera asertiva.

Competencia digital alta en entornos de ofimática

Atención y escucha activa

Buena comunicación

**Competencias generales**

Español fluido

Inglés C1, hablado y escrito
