**About you**
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record and passion for building tech talent within software engineering, technology or AI businesses. You will be part of a high performing People Team, reporting directly to the People Director and leading a team of high performing Talent Specialists.
You will empower your team to meet ambitious goals by providing direction on sourcing strategies and best practices, whilst mentoring and coaching them to perform at their very best.
Being close to the marketplace through benchmarking, networking and strong relationships, you will analyse recruitment and business trends to provide expert solutions to our growing business. Your insight will allow you to make recommendations on M47 Labs recruitment processes, build strong talent pipelines and drive distinct recruitment approaches for sourcing top talent in key talent segments.
This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to lead hiring efforts for more senior roles, partner with the People Director and the rest of the Executive Team to provide strategic workforce planning solutions.
**About your day-to-day**:
- Establish an overall vision and roadmap for Talent Acquisition, with a bias for continuous improvement.
- Establish a multi-channel hiring campaign with the ability to scale up to meet changing business needs.
- Prioritise hiring needs and allocate requisitions within the team based on capacity, experience and knowledge.
- Develop and execute innovative Talent Acquisition strategies that attract and retain top tech talent.
- Build, maintain and report on a Talent Dashboard including tracking analytics such as time to hire, cost per hire, live roles per Talent Specialist, channel effectiveness etc.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across M47 Labs and in particular within our Talent efforts.
- Define hiring targets and coach the team to meet targets.
- Partner with key business stakeholders to anticipate talent needs for the future through managing stakeholders’ expectations and forecasting recruiting outputs.
- Lead a team of high performing Talent Specialists across 2 locations (Madrid and Barcelona), supporting them from day-to-day tasks to career path development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
- Participation in different People & Talent projects; e.g Equality Plan, Women in Tech, Employer Branding, Career Paths, Salary Benchmarking, Job Descriptions, internal surveys etc.
- Manage Talent Acquisition related providers such as job platforms, relocation experts, etc.

**Key qualifications and skills**
- Minimum 6 years of experience in hiring technology roles internationally (in-house rather than agency recruitment).
- Experience in leading other Talent Acquisition Specialists (ideally minimum of 3 years experience in leading Talent Specialist/Tech Recruiters).
- Can demonstrate your passion, deep understanding and experience for building the best and strongest tech talent pipelines for our rapidly expanding business.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced but quality and people focused environment.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive performance and ambitious hiring targets.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Spanish Labour Law and how this applies to Talent Acquisition.
- Strong partnering skills both with the People Team and the business as a whole.
- Fluent and working knowledge of **English & Spanish.**
**You will hit the ground running if you have**:
- Prior experience in the AI ecosystem (bonus points for LLMs)
- Experience with Recruitee or a similar ATS
- Working experience with Google Suite
