**About the job**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our native advertising strategies, driving performance across various ad networks, and enhancing our subscription model products. If you have a deep understanding of native ad platforms, a knack for data analysis, and a proven ability to manage and negotiate with ad network managers, we want you to help us achieve our marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expanding work with native ad networks.
- Conducting experiments on procurement effectiveness and analyzing the results.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, meeting KPIs.
- Communicating with ad network managers, getting insights from them, negotiating incentive programs, etc.
- Communicating with creative ad producer to make a top performer ads for Native ad networks.

**Qualifications**:

- Expert knowledge of native ad networks like Taboola and Outbrain.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Experience in subscription model products.
- Experience working with analytical systems (BI, Tableau).
- Upper intermediate level of English or higher.
- Good connection with managers on those ad networks.
