**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for Seedify's incubated/launched projects.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media advertising, SEM, display advertising etc,
Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, content creators, and developers, to align marketing efforts with project goals and timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, and best practices in web3 and performance marketing.
**Requirements**:
Proven track record of success in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in user acquisition campaigns, user retention and campaign optimization.
Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools (GA 4), performance tracking methodologies (GTM) and reporting (Google Data Studio).
Experience in the web3 space, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and dApps.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable results and achieving business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is preferred.
