Today, Inspectorio is used by over 12,000 customers, including some of the largest brands and retailers in the world.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our People Team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and acquiring top talent by implementing the best practices for recruitment and assessment as well as leveraging our employee value proposition in the market. You will be responsible for piloting the full recruitment processes for a variety of roles within our company.
**Requirements**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance Inspectorio's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Utilize reporting and analytics tools to provide insights into recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Help increase the recruitment effectiveness and continuously improve our KPIs.
- Lead projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate closely with the People Team on People Team projects and initiatives.
- Grow Talent Acquisition added value function thanks to partnering with main stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Experience with different sourcing channels, including digital technologies/AI
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a remote and matrix environment.
- Strong sense of accountability, follow-through, and ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
