We're looking for a task mastering multitasker, a strategic daredevil, a diplomatic stunt double fuelled by great ideas. The title 'Account Manager' doesn't do it justice.

If you're an experienced Account Manager who's had at least 5 years experience working in either advertising or production and fluent in english then we'd love to hear from you.

We're a Barcelona based creative agency with clients in the UK and US. We offer flexible working hours and the opportunity to work with a lovely team and to help us scale. We're looking for someone who enjoys flexibility within their role. As a small agency we all tend to chip-in and so we're looking for a bit of an all-rounder.

Key responsibilities:
Work with key accounts to provide product solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction.
Provide strategic thinking and support with creative briefs.
Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contacts.
Help improve processes and optimise agency performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5 years' of proven success in client management.
Familiarity with sales performance metrics
Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
Lots of good energy and enthusiasm.
Experience with producing social media content is a bonus
