Responsibilities
• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y adquirir nuevos clientes por teléfono• Preparar informes y realizar análisis utilizando herramientas como Excel• Gestión completa de las negociaciones comerciales por teléfono y online• Reactivar clientes adquiridos anteriormente pero actualmente inactivos• Gestionar las fases de postventa orientadas a la fidelización del cliente• Escribir informes sobre sus actividades utilizando el CRM de la empresa (Salesforce)
Requirements
• Al menos 4/5 años de experiencia demostrada en puestos similares, con un enfoque analítico en la gestión comercial• Formación técnica o la capacidad de trabajar en un contexto dónde el conocimiento técnico de las soluciones ofertadas es la herramienta más importante para brindar un sólido soporte comercial• Excelentes habilidades de ventas y comunicación• Buen conocimiento de las herramientas informáticas más comunes• Aptitud para la resolución de problemas y trabajo en equipo• Conocimientos de idiomas; inglés valorable
