Position Overview

Autodesk's Water Infrastructure Solutions are industry-leading globally for the water industry for over 35 years. AWI solutions are used by thousands of clients including the largest utilities, ENR design firms, consultancies and refining plants around the world.

You will report to the Global Business Development Manager-Autodesk Water Infrastructure (AWI). You will contribute to the Channel sales strategy and its execution through the AWI EMEA Sales team, Channel Sales team and Partners to achieve revenue and expense targets for the recently acquired AWI business. You will lead the EMEA effort to support partners' sales enablement and go-to-market efforts. You will collaborate with channel partners, internal sales teams to develop a channel sales and enablement plan for our Water Infrastructure Solutions. Your primary focus will be on increasing sales through our channel, from supporting the business plan process to supporting the closure of deals through Partners. Your contributions will help maximize and increase the channel for our Water Infrastructure Solutions.

We value hybrid working and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time but remote working is also supported in the UK.

Position overview
- Establish agreement on the WWS/EMEA channel/sales/customer success/marketing teams to ensure the steps to establishing a go-to-market channel expansion plan in EMEA is aligned to the Autodesk channel strategy and fulfillment model.
- You will plan and support road shows, call-out days, and other events to build channel business pipeline and create marketing events to generate leads/pipeline
- You will collaborate with internal and external business partners to build and implement business plans to support the sales effort inclusive of direct participation in strategic sales cycles to assist in closing and as an enablement tool. Work with resellers to promote and promote AWI products.
- Consult with the AWI leadership teams including sales, operations, and finance to facilitate successful partner business plan execution
- Determine proper channel coverage, compliance with policies, and reseller and/or distributor recruitment and on-boarding. Identify potential incremental partners within ASP network and net new to Autodesk and facilitate partnership formalization. Ensure channel compliance with contract terms. Gain a thorough understanding of the area's business to ensure that high-value Channel partners are acquired and retained.
- Maintain relationships with resellers and distributors, maintaining the 5QRP and target execution of channel.
- Provide regular pipeline forecasts and business health checks to global channel sales manager

Minimum qualifications
- Fluent in English and a second EMEA language would be great
- Knowledge of AWI solution is very helpful
- Excellent working knowledge of Software/SaaS VAR ecosystem and experience establishing and fostering Partner relationships
- Ability to travel within territory
