**About the role**:
**Lead Recruiter - RnD**

Our People team is an agile customer centric group at the heart of Mews. Our impact is seen across the business, and we work to understand our customers and build an environment where they can succeed and flourish.

It's an interesting challenge, especially in a business that is growing as quickly as we are. That's why you need to be comfortable in an environment where nothing is perfect, there is always room for improvement and ambitions are high.

As the Lead Recruiter in our RnD team, you'll be a senior individual contributor but also expected to play a role in coaching jnr colleagues, leading the team and owning delivery to a group of key stakeholders across Tech, Product and Design

**Your mission**
- Recruitment delivery. Partner with C-Level and senior stakeholders, to understand the goals and needs of their functions and ensure they have the required talent when needed.
- Talent Strategy. Work with your stakeholders and recruiters to develop a clear idea of where and how talent should be hired and how the teams should be built.
- DE&I. Build a deep understanding of the teams you are working with and create inclusive and equitable hiring strategies to improve their diversity.
- Capacity planning. Align with finance and business stakeholders to ensure recruiting demands are in line with the capacity of the team.
- Team leadership. Partner with the TA manager, able to lead team meetings, coach more junior team members and challenge areas of underperformance.
- Hands on recruiting. Expect to work on 6-8 roles, across tech and product, focusing on high areas of demand or critical business impacting roles.
- Data Analysis. Use of ATS and Power BI data to check on your team's progress and performance.
- Agile practices. We practice Scrum, so lead and participate in agile events like retros, user research and sprint reviews.
- Project responsibility. Responsible for leading or contributing to company and team impacting projects from our roadmap.
- Best practice. Bring best practice and innovation into our team and challenge our existing ways of working if you see opportunities for improvement.
- Mews ambassador. Represent the company and contribute to our employer brand strategy through content creation and events.
- People Partnership. Work with other parts of the People team on internal projects and processes.
- Exec Search. Lead on confidential senior recruiting, working with Founder/CEO.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with full-cycle recruitment process design & delivery in a scaling/growing environment
- A background playing a leading role or as a senior individual contributor in a internal recruitment team
- A depth of experience using data to drive decisions and can put together business cases based around data
- An understanding of international hiring
- Track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing them.
- You have delivered company impacting projects
- You can demonstrate how your work has positively impacted team diversity.
