Farmy is the third biggest actor in the Swiss E-Food market. We exist to make fresh, regional and transparent products available to our customers with maximum convenience and mínimal environmental impact. With two logistics centers in Zurich and Lausanne, we deliver throughout Switzerland a range of 14'500 products, the majority of which are fresh food products received the same morning from regional producers. In parallel, we operate Farmy Solutions, a new business unit that offers Farmy’s proprietary technology to respected brick & mortar food players around the globe and helps them go online.

Until now, recruitment for our IT, marketing and customer care teams in Barcelona and Berlin was done externally or directly by the hiring managers. This is a unique experience for a passionate recruiter that is eager to have an impact and rapidly earn recognition from colleagues.

Tasks

You will be partnering with the hiring managers in technology, marketing and customer care to understand their talent needs and lead the end to end talent acquisition process for our Spanish and German locations:

- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers, support them in creating meaningful job descriptions and job postings that will attract the right skills and personalities
- Creatively and pro-actively source talent
- Contribute to employer branding and to the definition of benefits that are likely to attract talent that is skilled and interested in Farmy
- Own special projects as they arise, offering unique opportunities for growth

**Requirements**:

- You are passionate about People and have a high sense of integrity
- You are autonomous and comfortable taking risks
- You are energetic, positive, resilient and at ease handling multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
- You will be part of a start-up and will have to handle growing operations while implementing new processes, policies, and tools. You are not afraid of the unexpected and you have a can-do, hands-on-attitude
- You had your first experience as a recruiter, ideally in the digital economy, and you want to have an impact
- You own a HR-related degree
- You speak Spanish and/or German, and have a good command of English
