**Iberia Team**
Our team in Iberia was established in 2015 and focuses on managing C´ Level Executive Search, niche STEM Recruitment and Head Hunting, and a growing contracting Projects & Solutions service for our various clients. We work mostly with companies listed in the IBEX 35, and also a few Fintechs and Insurtechs of reference. The kind of jobs we work are mostly related to the latest technologies in the fields of cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, architecture and development, digital, business IT, data, artificial intelligence, mobile, amongst others.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain strong relationships with the assigned clients by acting as their main point of contact to ensure straightforward interaction.
- Liaise talent team to meet SLAs, dealing with queries and resolving issues.
- Maximising revenue with the existing portfolio; identifying recruitment leads, and up selling products and services.
- Be responsible for end to end recruitment processes on behalf of Gattaca.
- Build and maintain multi-level relationships within each client and ensure that contact points are wide-reaching and relevant, including day-to-day contacts as well as senior decision makers/C-Suite.
- Create appropriate Account Plans against each client; executing the plans and managing/nurturing NFI growth.
- Ensure data is correct within the system, to aid with accurate and useful data analytics for client performance.
**Skills, Competencies and Experiences**:
- English speaker.
- Previous Client/Business Development experience within a recruitment organisation
- Consultative selling.
- Demonstratable background of expanding supply within Client relationships and developing the offering to encompass different solutions and skill sets.
