Pfizer’s new combined Internal Medicine and Vaccines Business Unit in Spain aims at protecting and treating millions of patients against serious diseases. The Internal Medicine therapeutic area covers different pathologies, from cardiovascular and mental to women’s health, while in Vaccines we lead the way in meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccination in children and adults. At the same time, we prepare to launch over 5 products in the coming 2 - 3 years. To continue our digital transformation and achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Vaccines Content and Channel Specialist.
The Internal Medicine and Vaccines Content and Channel Specialist will lead the development of the digital strategy and execution supporting the creation of brand specific Omnichannel Marketing Strategy and Plans in line with the Global Go to Market Excellence initiative. He / she will also drive digital operational excellence and content management, bringing customer & marketplace insights into the brand teams to influence and shape local brand strategy.
This role will deliver flawless execution of Omnichannel Marketing Plans for a strong customer experience whilst creating sustainable value and accountability for the local budget.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The Internal Medicine and Vaccines Content and Channel Specialist will work cross-functionally, with the Country Brand Leads and Customer Engagement Platform and Omnichannel colleagues, among others and serve as point of contact and facilitator among these functions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes the adoption of digital channels of the customer facing colleagues:
- Collaborate closely with Country Brand Leads to drive execution of Omnichannel Marketing Strategy and Plans and adoption of new tools and channels
Strategy execution to maximize customer impact:
- Deliver Healthcare Professional channel and content strategy in line with holistic brand / business plan- Be an integral member of brand marketing and cross functional teams, driving execution of digital, advising and providing input into the development of brand operational plans- Work with Customer Facing Colleagues to determine the best fit of new digital tools and solutions- Expand Digital reach of Healthcare Professionals and ensure retention of active customers- Coordinate local and international resources related to new and updated tools, platforms, and digital marketing (such as webinars, PfizerPro etc.)- Maintain high compliance standards across Omnichannel assets in line with policies and guidelines as well as local code of good practices
Continue to develop PfizerPro as a critical tool to reach Healthcare Professionals and drive customer engagement:
- Build the branded microsites for additional products as required- Build the communications strategy for the launch of the new branded microsites- Build the above brand holistic content communications strategy especially for the World days of our pathologies
Leadership- Develop relationships with key internal stakeholder to improve customer journeys and experiences e.g., sales force, marketing, KAM, medical, etc.- Support brand teams to simplify and navigate digital in the context of Omnichannel Plan- Champion Digital across the business to ensure it is considered and used effectively
Financial Planning- Accountable for the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own areas of responsibility & developing regular forecast updates to aid financial planning
Measure Impact- Analyse and evaluate the performance of campaigns and 'channels- Monitor competitors’ multichannel activities
QUALIFICATIONS- Fluency in Spanish and English. More languages are a plus- Experience in transformation and strategy projects- Pharma sector experience is a plus, but other fast paced sectors will also be considered- Digital marketing experience is preferred- MBA / consulting experience are a plus- Organizational skills / ability to manage multiple priorities- Interpersonal, influence and communications skills- Knowledge of main regulatory policies- Strong project management skills- Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions- Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit- Ability to hit the ground running and learn and adapt quickly
