**CUSTOMER SERVICES QUALITY INTERN**

Eurovision Services (ES) is seeking a Customer Services Quality Intern for our Global

Operations & Engineering team at our technology hub in Madrid, Spain.

**ABOUT THE ES GLOBAL OPERATIONS & ENGINEERING TEAM**

The ES Global Operations & Engineering team is the central point of contact for all customers receiving operational services from Eurovision Services. The team coordinates and manages the requirements and delivery of operational services for all events, including transmissions and media services between customers (e.g., media organisations, sport federations and event organisers). The ES Global Operations & Engineering Team is responsible for delivering highquality services, achieving ambitious operational objectives, implementing reliable solutions to provide outstanding value and services for our customers while optimising costs to improve our

bottom line.

The Customer Services & Planning (CS&P) Team plays a key role in the management of ES

customers. It is the principal point of contact for customers booking services from ES. The team

is in constant contact with customers and always seeks to deliver the best value for money rapidly and reliably to all ES customers.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**:
Centralize customer complaints inside the company.

Investigate, identify, understand, track, and analyze all possible root causes.

Ensure quality report writing in accordance with our standards.

React and respond to incidents and handle communication with the customer in a well-coordinated manner.

Work in close collaboration across internal teams to produce quality reports for customers.

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
Excellent communication skills in English.

A positive attitude and be an excellent team player.

Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure with a high sense of urgency.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.

**ADDED VALUE**

Knowledge of broadcasting and telecom technology (basic concepts).
