RESPONSIBILIDADES:
Bajo la supervisión y esponsorización del Customer Service Manager, las principales funciones de este rol serán:
Dentro del equipo de Customer Service de Iberia (España y Portugal). Ir formándose y aprendiendo para ayudar en la gestión diaria de las responsabilidades básicas de Customer Service, encaminadas a proveer a nuestros interlocutores y clientes, del mejor servicio posible. Destacan los siguientes aspectos definidos como responsabilidades básicas:
- Apoyo en la gestión y facturación de pedidos de clientes.
- Ayuda en las relaciones con distribuidores.
- Colaboración en las relaciones con compañías aseguradores de salud.
- Ayuda en la atención y soporte a nuestros clientes por diferentes medios. Gestión de reclamaciones.
- Apoyo en la atención y soporte a nuestras divisiones comerciales.
- Apoyo en la preparación de KPIs, informes, etc.
- Ayuda en la organización de envíos y devoluciones de producto.
- Colaborar en el “Master Data Maintenance (customer, materials, prices, territories, etc.)”
- Conocer y cumplir con todos los requerimientos, los procesos y los procedimientos, entre otros, con los correspondientes al “Abbot Medical Quality System” y conocer y cumplir así mismo, con la legislación y regulación del sector y código de conducta de Abbott.
- En función de su avance en el conocimiento de los procesos, productos y experiência colaborar en otras actividades de CS, como podrían ser, entre otras:
- Auditorías, proyectos específicos, generación de informes, inventarios, controles financieros o de compliance, etc.
- Contacto con logística y distribución así como con los transportistas para garantizar la entrega de productos acorde a las expectativas.
**Al final de la beca habrás aprendido a**:
- Conocer los distintos elementos y funciones de las áreas de Customer Service:
- Order entry, trato con clientes, reclamaciones, logística y distribución.
- Procesos SAP OTC (Order to Cash) y sus controles e implicaciones de negocio y financieras. SOX. TPS.
- Procesos de auditorías de compliance, financieras y de calidad principalmente.
- Uso de SAP, Esker, y otras herramientas habituales en la industria y en el sector.
- Logística del sector
- EDI
- Valores de Abbott, trabajo en equipo y crecimiento personal.
- Ser el backup natural de posiciones como:
- Junior Customer Service Representative o Customer Service Representative
**REQUERIMIENTOS**:
Licenciatura grado superior (Administración y Dirección de Empresas) o ramas técnicas.
Idiomas: Español, alto nível de inglés (hablado y escrito) y se valorará el dominio avanzado del Portugués.
Experiência previa: Se valorará haber realizado prácticas en el sector o un interés previo
mostrable en facturación, atención al cliente, procesos OTC, etc.

- Alta capacidad comunicación necesaria para ser interlocutor de clientes y personal interno.
- Empatía, y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
- Curiosidad, capacidad de aprendizaje
- Resilencia
- Trabo en equipo y capacidad de gestión de varias prioridades simultáneas.
- Dominio de informática a nível usuario
- Requerido: Alto desempeño en Excel
- Valorable: Bases de Datos, Presentaciones, SAP, Data Analytics, Power BI.
