You will safeguard these pillars and its strategic planning and development and ensure all directives, practices, and initiatives are implemented, embraced, and adopted within the resort.

Duties and Responsibilities _**

As Groups & Events Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing group bookings and events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients and guests.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

- Handle inquiries and coordinate group bookings, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated to relevant teams.
- Coordinate and execute all aspects of group bookings and events, from initial planning to post-event evaluation.
- Make sure follow-ups for conversion are executed in a timely manner.
- Maintain good, positive, collaborative relationships with other departments across the hotel including Front of House, F&B, and Finance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor event packages to meet their needs.
- Oversee logístical details such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, and audio-visual requirements.
- Prepare and provide necessary information to operational teams for smooth event execution via BEO meetings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning and execution stages.

**_Qualifications_**

To execute the position of Groups & Events Executive, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and including the following:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination and planning, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluent in English and good at Spanish.
- Valid Spanish Work permit or European Union citizenship is required for this role.
