**Your field of responsibility**

The main purpose of the role is to provide high quality support for a team of senior bankers, including MDs & Ds.
- Main duties:
- Appropriate coverage of GTS teams in Madrid and Frankfurt.
- Processing of expense claims, both in a timely and accurate manner.
- Organization of client entertainment, such as booking restaurants or arranging events.
- Conducting extensive diary management, from the organization of meetings, booking of meeting rooms & video conferences to meeting dynamic and diverse requirements.
- Appropriate logging of Gift & Entertainment.
- Conducting the IT setup for all new starters and interns, and where appropriate logging IT issues with the Credit Suisse Help Desk.
- Request Building Access when someone is travelling to another office and checking / approving Building Access when someone is visiting the Trading floor.
- Follow-up and request of office supplies for the Trading floor.
- Supporting with the coordination of desk moves.
- Sharing responsibilities as a member of the broader assistant team.

**Your skills and experience**
- Good basic education (A Level preferred).
- Secretarial College desirable, but not essential.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Banking/Blue chip experience preferred but not essential.
- Solid secretarial skills base.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Accurate and quick typing skills with keen ability to proofread work.
- Basic understanding of IB.
- Other requirements:

- Positive attitude: ‘Can do’ approach; pleasure to do business with.
- Flexible: re tasks, hours, work allocated.
- Maintain a professional appearance and business-like manner at all times.

- Ability to cope under pressure and not cave-in; remain focused on main objectives.
- A willing team player but also strong and confident in own abilities
- Must have a robust nature, determined to succeed and looking for success, involvement and hard work.
