About the job:
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for an Inside Sales Account Representative to join us in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will identify and acquire new business opportunities in your assigned territory and help the team to grow relationships with both new and existing customers. You'll deliver forecasts on a weekly and quarterly basis and track customer data. As an Inside Sales Account Representative, you will also work with internal and external partners to contribute to growing our business and create solutions that serve the best interests of both our customers and Red Hat. You will also have overall responsibility for some renewal opportunities. As you’ll be in charge of the defense segment, you will serve as a classification referent. Also working as a team to defend and grow the renewals in the territory.

What you will do:

- Schedule appointments and other activities as requested by your field sales account manager
- Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities in our customer contact

database; schedule follow-up activities as needed
- Support the field sales Account Manager by providing quotes and pricing by responding to sales inquiries
- Update and manage the pipeline and prepare revenue forecasts
- Work with the Finance, Bid Desk, Legal, and Operations teams across the region to facilitate
- deals and make sure that all necessary information is provided

What you will bring:

- 4 years of experience in a similar technology or software sales support position in outside sales,inside sales, telesales, or sales administration
- Good Knowledge of SFDC to manage opportunities (Create and close) to help the Reps on the ongoing processes, manage renewals, upsell and cross-sell opts to optimize quality of service, and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle management from prospecting to closing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on your own to close deals over the phone
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers by establishing trust and credibility
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Experience working with reporting, spreadsheets, and office tools
- Fluent language skills in English and Spanish
