As an organization, we are united in our responsibility to create healthier futures.What you will be doing Position Summary: Inside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through the sourcing of new sales opportunities, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsManage and develop existing portfolioPerform under a quick sales environment (phone calls – emails)Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interestMaintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territoryManage accounts, prospects, calls, and activity in Salesforce.ComRoute qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriateStaying informed about competing products and servicesClosing sales and achieving sales targetsSuggest and implement improvements in the sales administration processWhat your background should look like (minimum qualifications) Native speaking ItalianAdvanced level in EnglishStrong listening and communication skills, rapport-building skillsStrong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per dayDiscipline and time managementExperience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.ComProfessional and confident presentation skillsProven work experience as an Inside Sales RepresentativeAbility to achieve targetsLevel of higher education is preferred (in international business, Transport, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage)About Cencora Cencora (ex Amerisource Bergen) is a publicly traded Fortune 10 global healthcare solutions company and is one of the world's largest pharmaceutical services companies.
