**About us**
We are an agile and innovative company and our goal is to provide short term bridging loans secured against property in the UK and Europe. We arrange short-term residential property finance in Austria, Germany, France, Monaco, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.
We are seeking to grow our network of intermediaries and introducers in Spain and are looking to recruit an experienced business development executive who has a track record in property and / or financial services.
Duties will include:
- Promoting Interbridge short term loans to the local market;
- Identifying introducing partners (e.g. Mortgage brokers, real estate agents, lawyers, bankers etc.) and contacting them to explain the products and generate lending opportunities;
- Generating loans directly through existing contacts and client base;
- Dealing with enquiries from Intermediaries and assessing their requirements and needs;
- Promote Interbridge products and services addressing any issues or concerns to make informed business decisions on lending;
- Regular reporting of contacts made, meetings organised and loan opportunities generated;
- Assisting with the marketing function;
- Obtaining local business intelligence and being aware of market trends;
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week
**Salary**: 20,000.00€ - 100,000.00€ per year
