**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as an **Executive Director **will involve**:

- ** Client Engagement**: Engage consistently with clients, understanding their objectives and offering support throughout the program’s duration. Expert in navigating complex challenges and client dynamics to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
- ** Leadership & Coordination**: Direct program planning and team coordination. Support the team, academic directors, and faculty throughout the processes. It is key to be able to navigate in any type of company structures.
- **Process Innovation**: Encourage the adoption of technology and data analysis to improve both client-facing and internal processes.
- **Dashboard Mastery**: Utilize advanced dashboards to analyze complex data, guiding decision-making, and program improvements.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:

- A **master’s** degree
- Bilingual proficiency in **Spanish** and **English**.
- Experience in **consultancy** is highly valued, with a strong focus on strategic resolution, hands-on approach, operational skills, and client relations.
- ** Program management** experience in complex projects is highly valued.
- Outstanding **leadership** capabilities, capable of guiding teams in complex projects.
- ** Team player** within multicultural and multifunctional teams.
- A **client-centric mindset**, with a proven record of consultative support and successful outcomes.
