**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, including large companies, universities, small and medium-sized enterprises, and startups
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target companies, including executives, HR and L&D leaders, and procurement teams
- Collaborate with the IESE Business School marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and content that effectively communicates the value of our offer to corporate clients.
- Work closely with program directors and faculty to understand program offerings and identify opportunities for customization to meet client needs.
- Coordinate efforts with the rest of IESE Publishing Team to improve services and grow sales. Coordination with the Research Team is also a must.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and post-sale, ensuring that their needs and expectations are exceeded.
- Use data and analytics to understand market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Represent IESE Business School at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing & sales, or related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B sales, Customer Service and Project Management preferably in the education industry or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
