We are currently looking for our next Talent Management Intern to join the team of International Organizations remotely, starting as soon as possible. You will support us in our journey for creating a work environment in which our employees from the team can develop themselves and thrive professionally. More specifically, the intern will support in the following activities:
**Your role**:
Participate in the onboarding of new colleagues
Managing internal communications and responding to our employees’ needs
Participate in People initiatives to increase employee engagement

**Other tasks relate to**:
Set up newsletters
Work on new communication channels for our employees (i.e. Blog, website)
Support implementation and development of trainings for our employees in International Organisations
Be responsible for the organization of training sessions (communications, keeping a track of participants, logistics management)
Collaborate with delivery of internal workshops

Overall, you will participate proactively in all People initiatives and provide new ideas and improvements for ongoing projects.

Internship allowance. You will receive 500€ of monthly internship compensation.

You will be working remotely, coming to our office in Madrid on ocassion.
