You will be a part of the PMI's team during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary).
You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa.
- Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at UCJC
As a Integrated Talent Management Intern you'll support the Integrated Talent Management (ITM) Lead and the ITM Sr Manager in the implementation of the department Strategy & Plan.
Some of the tasks would be:
- Analysis of data and preparation of reports which will support the decision making process
- Coordination/Administration of the Learning & Development Offer (liaising with the learning support team in Cracow and with external providers to organize trainings, administer & analyze evaluation surveys, preparing purchasing orders, etc.)
- Prepare relevant communications to employees
- Coordination / administration of the mentoring program
- Support in the implementation/execution of relevant projects/processes like Individual Development Plan or Career Stories.
- College /University Degree (preferably in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar related to Human Resources)
- Spanish & English (fluent level). Portuguese would be a plus.
- Good Analytical skills
- Good level in excel and other office tools (powerpoint, etc.)
