Founded in 2018, Chiliz is a blockchain provider focused on the sports and entertainment industry. We build scalable, secure blockchain enabled solutions that supercharge fan experiences using digital assets.

**THE ROLE**

As the Marketing Strategy Manager at Chiliz, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Leveraging your expertise in marketing, blockchain, and emerging technologies, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns across various channels. Your ability to analyze market trends and utilize data-driven insights will be essential in refining Chiliz's marketing approach. With your strong communication and team management skills, you will ensure consistency in messaging and branding while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team. Thriving in a dynamic environment, you will continuously adapt to new technologies and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve. **Responsibilities & Duties**
- Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies
- Formulate and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with Chiliz's objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly across Chiliz-powered platforms and partnerships.
- Campaign Development and Execution
- Create and maintain a marketing campaign calendar and be able to communicate that effectively.
- Conceptualize, plan, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborate with other teams cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding throughout the Chiliz-powered community experience.
- Manage campaign deployment by ensuring that all key stakeholders are given the right space, meet deadlines, and that all come together in a seamless delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in sports, entertainment, and blockchain.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights to refine Chiliz's marketing strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Implement strategies for leveraging data to enhance targeted marketing efforts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, focusing on marketing strategy development.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns within the Web 3 and/or blockchain space.
- Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, setting priorities, and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with emerging trends in the digital and crypto space.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals focused on the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Proven experience in fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
- Enthusiasm for embracing new technologies and staying ahead of industry developments.
