We are now looking for a Director Restaurant & Bars Activation to join our dynamic team

**The Director Restaurants & Bars **Activation is responsible for**:
1. Launch & increase visibility of our R&B brands locally, nationally & internationally

2. Deliver on brand & business goals by utilising innovative and forward-thinking strategies & tactics

3. Define and own the social media, PR strategy & Communication strategy for each Restaurant & Bar brand

4. Search, recruit & effectively manage different social media & PR agencies

5. Defining the quarterly and annual social media calendar framework with the social media agencies

6. Build a community of brand fans who support our communications strategy by constantly talking about and visiting our restaurants & bars

7. Develop local partnerships and activations in the hotel and city that reach new audiences, spread the word and help to position the brand in a new market.

9. Deliver against the R&B commercial targets and work closely with R&B Directors

10. Manage local and area annual marketing and graphic design budgets, working with the GM to plan, track and manage all spend

11. Responsible for delivering quarterly calendar of events and activations that bring cultural benefits to our R&B brands

12. Manage external newsletter creation and communication

13. Define pre-opening communication strategy and how we take our brand to the market

14. Establish the R&B digital brand and customer experience strategy to strengthen the brand identity

15. Internal communications monthly update on all R&B brand activation, events, achievements
- You are required to have 5+ years’ experience working in restaurants & bars PR or lifestyle and creative industry and experience in Fashion / Retail considered as a plus.Comprehensive experience working & living across major European or International capitals is also required.
