Kenvue, is currently recruiting for a **eCommerce Activation Assistant Manager** for Southern Europe.
The **Southern Europe eCommerce Activation Manager **is responsible for Pure Player 360 activation across the cluster, focusing on Spain, Italy and France.
You will be a core member in the Southern Europe eCommerce Team and an expert in E-Commerce in Amazon activation and other key pure players, with a clear focus on coordinating 360 activation plan with all collaborators like Media team, Key Account Managers and Digital Perfect Store team. You will lead the ongoing activation of best-in-class execution on Amazon including peak event planning, execution and reporting, full year activation plan, supporting Amazon negotiations, supporting Amazon media activation, and partnering with the Amazon Retail Agency. You will also support local teams in developing local eCommerce pure players and grow the eCommerce business.
Your main objective will be to ensure Amazon execution is completely coordinated and aligned between all involved team to guarantee the best results and return on investment. To do this, you will be confident in collaborating closely with multiple groups and teams;** Digital Marketing, eComm Media, Brand Teams, Cluster E-Commerce, Amazon Key Account Managers, Regional Teams and Partner Agencies or Tools.**
**What You Will Do**
Together with the local Key Account Managers for Amazon and other Pure Players, you will be accountable for defining the activation strategy and calendar (by year/quarter), with both internal and external focus and a forward-thinking mentality.
- Be the ecommerce activation expert for Amazon in the Southern Europe Cluster and lead executional teams and sprints in partnership with Digital Marketing, eComm Media, Brand Teams, Cluster E-Commerce, Amazon Key Account Managers, Regional Teams and Partner Agencies or Tools
- Responsible of maintaining the Amazon assortment updated and for a yearly update of assortment prioritization for Amazon together with local KAMs and the Ecomm Analytics and Insight Manager.
- Owning the digital shelf results for Amazon across Southern Europe by leading best-in-class execution through eMerchandising and working together with the Digital Perfect Store Manager to guarantee targets are met.
- Execute and create outstanding assets for Brand Stores and media activation in Amazon across all three countries to guarantee and omnichannel execution and drive conversion.
- Support local KAMs on joint business plan negotiations with a well-rounded activation view for pure players and occasionally attend customer meetings and build case studies on best-in-class executions.
- Participate in meetings with Supply Chain and raise any availability issues detected for Amazon.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- 1-3 years’ experience on an e-commerce environment/role
- English speaking to a professional level
- Additional languages like French, Spanish and Italian are appreciated.
