**OPORTUNIDAD LABORAL**
Buscamos a un **Product & Customer Support Intern** que de apoyo en el departamento de producto y se encargue de ayudar, dar soporte al usuario y detectar tanto potenciales mejoras en su experiência como posibles errores a solventar.Desde el departamento de producto buscamos personas apasionadas que quieran aprender y evolucionar, optimistas, resolutivas y sobretodo, con ganas de ayudar a los demás. El proyecto permite un alto grado de autonomía y requiere proactividad, responsabilidad e iniciativa.Trabajarás en un equipo que piensa a lo grande, que siempre busca mejorar y con unos compañeros de primer nível que te ayudarán a desarrollarte y te formarán desde el minuto cero.
**¿CUÁL ES EL PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS?**
Buscamos a personas que deseen formar parte de un proyecto único durante los meses más importantes para la empresa. Además, queremos gente este deseando formar parte de un departamento de Producto y Customer Support para aprender y mostrar todo su potencial.
- Excelente comunicación (verbal y escrita).
- Serás el encargado de la comunicación directa con nuestros usuarios.
- Capacidad de trabajar orientado al usuario y a sus necesidades.
- Capaz de trabajar bajo presión y en un contexto de prioridades cambiantes.
- Conocimientos en análisis de datos y técnicas de investigación.
- Teamplayer, pero con habilidad para trabajar de manera independiente.
- Compromiso, dinamismo y capacidad para mostrar iniciativa.
- Pasión por la búsqueda de soluciones y resolución de problemas.
**TUS FUNCIONES**
Tu trabajo estará enfocado en dar soporte al equipo de Producto de Taxdown, resolviendo dudas de nuestros usuarios, identificando errores en la aplicación y buscando posibles iteraciones y buenas prácticas para mejorar el producto.Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar con profesionales con una amplia experiência, así como con la tecnología más avanzada.Tus labores serán principalmente las siguientes:
- Trato directo con el usuario, respondiendo sus dudas y ayudándole a resolver sus problemas.
- Identificación de errores técnicos y su correspondiente resolución de la mano del equipo de desarrollo.
- Identificación de mejoras y buenas prácticas con el fin de implementarlas en el producto.
- Búsqueda proactiva de mejoras en nuestro producto y en la experiência de usuario.
