**About The Role**:
Are you a dynamic individual with a keen interest in forging meaningful customer relationships, delving into the realm of sales, and possessing a knack for rapid learning? If you're enthusiastic, driven and eager to immerse yourself in the fast-paced environment of a startup, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for an Intern to join our Customer Success team and help us deliver a high-quality, personal post-sales experience; lay a solid foundation to ensure the success of our Small and Medium accounts, and maximize their satisfaction and retain them.

**Main challenges**:

- You will be working closely with our Customer Success team, so you will have all the support and resources you need to thrive
- Create relationships with our SMEs customers as soon as they decide to join Cobee.
- Bring our HR partner's experience to the next level, by delivering consistent value on each interaction and developing long-term relationships through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement.
- Proactively seek ways to enhance customer health score, identifying opportunities within the scope of Customer Success and beyond that (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Experience, etc.)
- Consistently provide feedback to Product on Enterprise client's needs
- Proactively seek ways to improve processes not only within Customer Success, but also in those that involve other areas (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Experience, etc.).
- Identify Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQLs) Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Refer issues to the technical team when needed.

- You can quickly acquire a comprehensive understanding of the features, functionalities, and technical aspects of Cobee's products with ease.
- Someone with organizational skills to manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously.
- Someone who excels at time management and prioritization to ensure onboarding processes are completed efficiently and on time.

**You have**:

- Full-time availability (Student or recently graduated from the University or Master’s degree).
- Possibility of signing an Internship agreement with your university (mandatory)
- Facility with numbers and data analysis (engineering degree or similar will be an advantage but not mandatory).
