Estamos buscando un Responsable de Customer Support para uno de nuestros clientes en Madrid.
- We are looking for a Customer Support Responsible for one of our clients in Madrid._

**FUNCIONES**
- Facilitar la comunicación entre los clientes y el equipo técnico.
- Identificar y resolver problemas o desafíos que puedan surgir durante el proceso de reparación.
- Gestión de AOG’s.
- Identificación y resolución de incidencias con los clientes.
- Control de respuestas por parte del equipo. Asegurarse de que las consultas y preocupaciones de los clientes se aborden de manera rápida y eficiente.
- Seguimiento de incidencias con el equipo de producción y compras.
- Asegurarse de que todos los registros de clientes, cotizaciones y precios estén actualizados y sean correctos en el programa informático.
- Identificar problemas y oportunidades del departamento.
- Creación de lista de precios con clientes.
- Reducción de cargas burocráticas.
- Emisión, revisión y reportes de KPIs a dirección técnica.

**REQUESITOS**
- Experiência en el entorno aeronáutico.
- Persona dinámica.
- Dotes de liderazgo.

**BENEFICIOS**
- Contrato indefinido.
- Horario de L a V de 7 a 15.
- Localización: Madrid.
