A fantastic opportunity to join a respected leader in the data and analytics space as a **Head of Mid-Market Sales** in **Barcelona**. Our client has built an ultra-modern integrated platform that is able to harness the value of data across businesses and their various ecosystems at cloud scale in record time.

Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive strategic sales initiatives into corporate accounts. The territory represents companies with revenues from $250m to $1B+ in the European region. Responsibilities to include managing a team who is prospecting, qualifying, selling/closing new logo business into prospects and installed accounts.

We’re seeking an intelligent, high achiever with an excellent track record of leading successful teams whilst working as part of an exciting, fast-growing tech sales house.

This role is highly impactful and one in which is a key player in the organisation and requires someone who is proactive, hands-on and diligent, to lead a team of brilliant sales people enabling exceptional value to customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and performance of the Account Executive team covering Mid-Market (Corporate) level customers
- Strong focus on hiring, training and development
- Assist in the development of helping customers in understanding of the platform solution, and how the business fits within their current infrastructure and business processes
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives
- Ability to understand and drive complex business environments and uncover customer pain-points
- Process problems, and translate need into business opportunities
- Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while still providing quality opportunities and driving revenue
- Selfless focus on advancement of AEs into new roles at the company
- Exceed expectations while aiding the entire organisation to do the same.

**Qualifications**
- 6+ years of sales leadership experience in solutions-based selling process in the software/high tech industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or similar field OR equivalent professional experience
- Proven leadership and organisational skills;
- Handle high-stress environments while still being able to drive sales teams towards goals
- Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience developing strategic business and sales plans
- Handle details accurately and in a timely matter
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Proven track record of working with sales people and developing skills to drive success.
