**Cosa stiamo cercando?**
Stiamo cercando una persona interessata a iniziare una carriera nelle vendite B2B come Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Come SDR, avrai un ruolo molto importante nell'azienda, sarai il primo punto di contatto con il potenziale lead. Il tuo obiettivo sarà quello di qualificare i lead e scoprire le opportunità sul mercato, soprattutto attraverso chiamate. Se sai che il tuo mondo è orientato alle vendite, la posizione di SDR è perfetta per conoscere le vendite partendo da zero e per poter crescere professionalmente, dopo qualche mese. ;)
Cosa chiediamo ?
Sarai il primo portavoce di Twenix, quindi abbiamo bisogno che tu sia eccellente nella comunicazione, nella fluidità e nell'analisi del rilevamento delle opportunità B2B, che tu sia una persona molto empatica, efficiente, organizzata, amante dell'inglese, delle vendite e super positiva. :)
Non ci interessa se hai avuto esperienze precedenti nelle vendite, perché ciò che conta di più per noi è l'entusiasmo e la motivazione che apporterai e la tua voglia di crescere.
Invece ci interessa molto la tua formazione, stiamo cercando una persona ambiziosa e curiosa.
**Quali saranno le tue funzioni**
- Contattare con potenziali clienti dalla lista di aziende che ti forniremo.
- Identificare i decision-makers, rilevando e analizzando i loro bisogni per poter offrire loro delle soluzioni.
- L’ obiettivo principale sarà quello di organizzare incontri qualificati con gli Account Executive e raggiungere gli obiettivi di sviluppo delle vendite.
**Cosa cerchiamo**
- Un professionista che non abbia paura di alzare il telefono e ricevere dei "no".
- Italiano madrelingua.
- Esperienza in Hubspot o un CRM simile.
- Buon livello di inglese (e se non è così, niente paura, ti aiutiamo a migliorare).
- Buone capacità nella ricerca di potenziali contatti.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione.
- Passione per le vendite
