Soft Skills:

- Persistencia y proactividad como valores claros.
- Dotes comunicativos y relacionales; vendedor/a nato.
- Dinamismo, energía, motivación y optimismo.
- Con ganas de trabajar en equipo y con capacidad de adaptación a los cambios.

Hard Skills:

- Inglés y español fluido tanto escrito como hablado (el catalán es un plus :)).
- Experiência en B2B cold calling.

Desired hard skills:

- Experiência vendiendo servicios a decision makers en las áreas de operaciones o hr/people.
- Experiência en uso de CRMs.

**¿Cuál es tu objetivo?**

Serás el/la responsable de la generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio para las 4 unidades de negocio, ya sea a través de nuevos clientes para nuestros espacios de coworking, comercialización de espacios de eventos, o gestionando leads de otros proyectos emergentes.

A través de varios canales contactarás con potenciales clientes y te coordinarás con el resto del equipo para cerrar la venta.

- Contrato indefinido y jornada completa, con 23 días de vacaciones.
