**THE ROLE**

Our Customer Success team is responsible for ongoing relationships with our existing customers in Hungary, driving up customer satisfaction and maximising retention. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, with a clear passion for building a high growth startup, to join this growing team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Training and Support. Proactively provide training and support to our customers, to ensure they can use the full feature set of Matitic
- Engagement. Manage programs across the region to drive up usage, engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Renewals. Lead our renewals process in the region, with a goal of maximising revenue and annual retention.
- Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed quota
- Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, driving new business with untapped customers.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Matific
- Collaborative with our worldwide sales teams to develop best practices

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years' experience running a full sales cycle and closing business, in the tech or education sectors, with proven measurable results
- 1+ years' experience in customer success, with proven measurable results
- Fluent in English and (at least) one other Western European language. Must have an ability to collaborate with English language speakers globally.
- Collaboration on a day to day basis with our sales and marketing teams to drive process improvements
- High energy, motivated and driven to succeed
