**About Your Role**

You will manage the global Sales Enablement team and support the Sales Teams all over Europe making them more and more effective over time by providing them with best-in-class coaching and training materials, and making sure they can build upon the knowledge they accumulate every day.

You will report into the Head of Sales Performance & Enablement to enable the best sales effectiveness and productivity: scalability, efficiency and compliance across countries.

To do so you will:

- Review the Sales Enablement Org to build efficient channels of knowledge sharing and training.
- Define global Sales Enablement strategy working with the Sales leadership (Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager and the Central Team).
- Help the Sales Excellence Team build and deploy a best in class Onboarding for new joiner, to improve ramp up.
- Work with your team to deploy and improve our new LMS, 360 learning.
- Define quarterly priorities for Sales Enablement, in alignment with the global Sales strategy.
- Rely on Ankorstore experience and define new metrics to build the right set of KPI to measure Sales Success
- Measure the success of Sales Training Program and Sales Enablement initiatives
- Build and implement a Sales Training Program to have the Sales Team learn and grow through coaching.
- Work with internal teams (Marketing, Growth, CSM, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth communication and spreading of the good word: new product features, new go to market strategy, new happy customer, etc.
- Run inter-team projects on behalf of the Sales Team

**What we are looking for**
- You have at least 3 years of Sales Enablement and ideally a SaaS solution Sales experience
- Passion for knowledge transmission
- Proven content creation skills on various supports (decks, videos, tutorials, etc.) - being familiar with e-learning tools and innovations is nice to have
- Excellent English level is a must
- Great communication and presentation skills to convey key messages in a clear and convincing manner
- Active listener & strong communicator (English required, another European language is a plus)
- Ability to convince for process adoption
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the market to make all the aspects of your activity relevant for both your internal (sales teams) and external clients (Ankorstore clients).
