**Job Description**:
**The role**:
We are looking for an HR professional who is passionate about people and keen to take the next step in their career. This is a newly created role so we are ideally looking for someone with a background in HR or similar and knowledge of Spanish employment legislation.

If you are a true HR generalist and comfortable working across a wide spectrum of human disciplines from operational/administrative tasks to leading engaging strategic projects and facilitating workshops/coaching this is the role for you.

Are you keen to work in a supportive, global team and lead the attraction, retention and engaging talent locally in Spain and wider across EMEA.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general advice, support and administration to local employees on HR issues inline with Spanish employment legislation
- Support People Leaders with managing performance and employee engagement
- Prepare documentation for new employees, deliver local onboarding, ensure documentation is compliant with policies and procedures
- Process and manage payroll
- Complete tasks required with office and facilities management
- Support and contribute to P&O projects, facilitate training, look for innovative and new ways of doing things

**You are**:

- A team player and able to work inclusively and collaboratively across a large matrix organisation
- Proactive and ability to work independently and deliver tasks without close support
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to adjust and realign when things change quickly
- Ability to be resilient, share their opinion, challenge, gather information and ask questions in order to deliver
- Ability and confidence to write policies, guidelines and other internal communication as well as facilitating or presenting to all levels of the business

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar human resources role
- Ideally with knowledge and experience of Spanish employment legislation
- May have tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or similar.
