The role you’ll play
In this awesome role you will be participating in driving the people side of business in LanguageWire. You will be part of the fast-paced People & Culture team in the newest technology (AI) industry. You will have an opportunity to gain valuable learning, work experience and be able to support the rest of the People & Culture team in our processes for on
- and offboarding, internal training, recruiting, internal compliance, etc. We promise that you will be embraced with exciting challenges and cool people every day

The team you’ll be a part of
You will be a part of a very people-centered, international and energetic team formed by cool people, who are ready to help you. We are distributed across 2 countries: Spain and Denmark. Most of your new team-members will be in Spain together with you, others like, Sara our leader will work out of our office in Copenhagen, Denmark.

- Bringing a people perspective and helping unleash their potential
- Helping us improve our online internal training in LearningWire Academy
- Participating in on
- and offboarding of our NewWires (joiners) and ExWires (leavers) to make sure both experience a warm and compliant process.
- Helping us update different charts, sheets, policies etc. to make sure they are up to date and reflect the organization as they should.
- Assisting our People & Culture Partner with various tasks related to recruitment
- Learning how a People function support and develop the rest of the organization the best way.
