The Position Puesto de Trabajo: Trainee (Becario/a) Área: Legal Departamento: Legal A quién reporta: Senior Lawyer Ubicación: Sant Cugat del Vallès Misión: Dar soporte al Área de Integridad del Negocio, con foco en Legal y Compliance (sin excluir colaboraciones con Calidad, Regulatorio, Formación y Seguridad de la Información), de Roche Diagnostics y Diabetes Care. Responsabilidades: Apoyo en la revisión de contratos de la organización Apoyo en la redacción de documentación legal Apoyo en el análisis y seguimiento de actividades relacionadas con la Protección de Datos Apoyo en la resolución de las diferentes consultas legales de la organización Dar soporte en la gestión de documentación (templates/notas legales/políticas internas) Participar en el análisis preliminar y redacción de documentación mercantil (Certificados, actas, poderes notariales, etc.) Apoyo en la gestión de riesgos legales y en materia de Compliance Colaboración en proyectos del departamento Apoyar en la redacción de presentaciones orientadas a la formación del Negocio Perfil requerido: Estudiante de Grado en Derecho o doble grado. Estudiante de Máster de acceso a la abogacía o Master Jurídico Idiomas: castellano, catalán e inglés (nivel trabajo: redacción textos legales) El/La aplicante debe estar actualmente inscrito a una universidad para poder hacer convenio universitario. Competencias requeridas: Proactivo Orientado a soluciones Habilidades de relación Trabajo en equipo y colaboración Interés en el negocio Interés en nuevas tecnologías El Trainee (Becario/a) debe cumplir con la legislación, procedimientos internos y normativa aplicable en materia de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, especialmente en aquellos procedimientos relacionados con la segregación de residuos, aplicación de medidas preventivas y uso de equipos de trabajo y equipos de protección. Asimismo, el Trainee (Becario/a) debe conocer y actuar en pleno cumplimiento con las políticas de la Compañía, incluyendo el Código de Conducta, y con los Códigos Éticos aplicables a la misma. En cuanto a seguridad de la Información, el Trainee (Becario/a) debe: Conocer y cumplir con las normas de calidad y seguridad de la información establecidas y, en cualquier caso, actuar conforme a las instrucciones recibidas. Cumplir y hacer cumplir los procedimientos aplicables. Procurar por la preservación de la seguridad de la información. Aportar sugerencias y participar en la mejora continua de las actividades desarrolladas.
