**Here's what we'll do together**:
As Recruitment Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for all recruitment matters within our organization. At G-Star we love to be innovative and the first. You will get all the freedom in the world to implement cool new recruitment tools, AI and gamification. You are responsible for our large intern community in HQ and attend university job fairs to represent our cool brand. You know your numbers and like keeping overviews up to date.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- CV screening for all incoming corporate and internship positions in our ATS
- ATS process contact person
- Contact person for Hiring Managers about their recruitment process
- Joining online and on-site interviews
- Organize Social Media Recruitment for stores
- Main contact person for two assessment providers we use during the selection process
- Career website structure & image/content updates
- Organize onboarding days
- Guide & supervise Recruitment Intern through internship
- Lead intern community by organizing events and being main contact person for interns
- Represent G-Star at career fairs and be main contact person to universities and university platforms
- Create PO’s for incoming HR and Recruitment invoices
- Participate in other HR projects like e.g. employer branding, employee benefits etc.

**Here's what you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor or Master degree in HR, (Business-)psychology, Management, or Business Administration
- Digital Savvy
- Great numerical and analytical skills
- Not shy to connect with multiple stakeholders and departments, open to represent the company at events
- You are flexible and adapt your work schedule and prioritization to best serve the business needs
- Good communication skills
