Tasks
**How you are part of our success story**:
- You will find solutions for customer problems that arise and you will support them through the journey
- You will support both tenants and landlords
- You are a cross-team collaborator and will ensure that we all work together to help customers reach their goals
- You escalate customer feedback and suggestions in order to improve the customer experience
**Requirements**:
**What you need to convince us**:
- You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and have the necessary sensitivity to find a solution for every problem
- Independence, strong communication skills and willingness to take on responsibility are your distinguishing features
- Ideally, you have professional experience in customer service, after sales or a similar position
- You are business fluent in German and English
