**Responsibilities**
- Respond to all incoming enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Consult, propose and sell service options available to the customer in order to meet/exceed their expectations.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of all communication during the sales call and job process.
- Act as a liaison on behalf of the customer. Provide feedback, options, and solutions as appropriate.
- Identify and promote the full company to the business, generating leads and opportunities for the Business Development division, or other Ontrack offices.
- Work with the supervisors and management on service and process improvement initiatives
- Always promote a positive team environment.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- Requirement to support the team and business out of normal business working hours. Potential travel requirements
- Intermittent travel within Spain and/or UK to support sales opportunities and marketing events.
**Experience**
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Graduate calibre preferred.
- Strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong, commercial relationships with customers.
- Ability to write accurate and concise reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to define and explain problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and support decisions logically.
- Ability to interpret and clearly explain an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
- A strong track record of success in sales, business development and/or account management is preferred.
- Professional approach and excellent telephone manner is essential.
- Knowledge and/or experience of working in the technology industry, and an understanding of Storage and backup software tools are extremely beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Driven, outgoing, enthusiastic, and proactive.
- Flexible and adaptable, a strong team-player.
