**Buscamos**:
La principal función del Income Auditor consiste en garantizar que todos los ingresos del hotel se han contabilizado y registrado de forma correcta y precisa en los sistemas correspondientes. Se encarga de salvaguardar la integridad y estabilidad financiera del hotel y minimiza cualquier exposición a riesgos potenciales. Es responsable también de verificar y notificar todos los ingresos del hotel, y de revisar y preparar el Informe de Ingresos Diario.

El trabajo de **Income Auditor **se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

- Se revisan los ingresos del día y se comprueba que estén bien hechos.
- El informe de ingresos diario se realiza correctamente y se comunica a los responsables.
- Las tareas y documentación diaria están bien cumplimentadas y revisadas.
- Se mantiene la comunicación con todos los departamentos sobre asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo al funcionamiento del hotel.
- Se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y materiales y se reciclan correctamente los residuos generados.

**Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto son**: Recopilar la documentación relativa a los ingresos y garantizar el correcto cumplimiento de las políticas y los procedimientos. Garantizar que todos los ingresos se hayan realizado, registrado y contabilizado correctamente. Controlar y registrar los cargos internos y verificar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos establecidos. Comprobar los abonos, anulaciones y contabilizaciones complementarias, registrados e informar de cualquier discrepancia. Verificar las formas de pago. Realizar cualquier tarea adicional asignada por la Dirección y ayudar en otras áreas de Contabilidad según sea necesario.

**What we are looking for**:
The overall scope of this role is to** **ensure that all hotel revenue has been fully and accurately accounted for and recorded in the corresponding systems.

To safeguard the financial integrity and stability of the hotel and minimize any exposure to potential risks. Responsible for the verification and reporting of all hotel revenue, the review of the corresponding back-up and the preparation of the Daily Revenue Report.

The job of **Income Auditor** is successfully executed when:

- All revenues for the day have been reviewed and checked for accuracy.
- Daily Revenue Report has been finalized and published.
- All paperwork has been reviewed, approved where appropriate and filled.
- Communication is maintained with all departments on matters that may affect the hotel's operations in any way.
- The energy and material saving policy is followed and the waste generated is correctly recycled.

**The usual responsibilities of the position are**: Collecting all paperwork for all revenues and ensuring accuracy and compliance with the policies and procedures. Ensuring that all revenues have been captured, recorded, and posted accurately. Monitorize and recording all in-house charges and verifying compliance with the established policies and procedures. Check all credits, voids, and complementary postings, recorded and report any discrepancies. Verify all payment methods. Perform any additional duties assigned by Management and assisting in other areas of Accounting as needed.

**Requisitos**:
La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

- Estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.
- Conocimientos de programa Opera y Excel (imprescindible).
- Habilidades requeridas: organizado, capacidad de adaptación, open-minded, comprometido.
- Conocimientos y experiência 1-2 años en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma.
