**¿Qué buscamos?**
Como parte de esa **Misión** buscamos una persona que se una a nuestro equipo de **Customer Success. **Contamos con una base sólida de 85 clientes que confían en nosotros, y necesitamos tu ayuda para brindarles la mejor atención posible y que puedan sacar el máximo provecho a nuestra herramienta.
Lo ideal para nosotros es que cumplas con estos **requisitos**
- Conocimientos y formación en atención al cliente
- Orientación al cliente y fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Habilidades digitales para poder desenvolverte con nuestra herramienta y con la comunicación telemática
- Valorable nível medio de inglés y portugués
- .. y lo más importante: buena actitud y muchas ganas de aprender cosas nuevas
**¿Qué harás?**
Tu trabajo consistirá en ayudar a nuestros clientes a sacar el **máximo partido a nuestra herramienta** de gestión. Aquí te presentamos tus **funciones principales**:
- Contacto telefónico y por chat con el cliente.
- Realizar seguimiento del cliente y del funcionamiento de los módulos contratados.
- Gestionar las peticiones al departamento técnico.
- Ayudar y orientar al cliente en el uso de la herramienta.
- Fidelización de los clientes gracias a su profesionalidad y calidad de servicio.
- Asegurarse de que el cliente entiende y comprende nuestra plataforma.
- Prever problemas y encontrar soluciones de éxito para mejorar la experiência del cliente.
- Identificar y anticiparse a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Resolución de dudas y problemas concretos expuestos por el cliente
Recuerda: serás una de las piezas más importantes para que los clientes se conviertan en casos de éxito
