**The Role**:
As an **Accounting expert within the Customer Success** team at Holded, your primary role will be to provide training to our customers to maximize their experience with our solution.
- You will report to the Customer Success Manager, Antonio Mañas Vilaclara, and work closely with him to ensure alignment with departmental goals and strategies.
- Your **accounting expertise** will be essential to educate customers on effectively utilizing Holded and optimizing their accounting processes.
- You will collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to identify platform improvement opportunities based on customer needs and feedback.
- You will be responsible for analyzing customers' accounting workflows and providing recommendations to optimize their efficiency using Holded.
- Additionally, you will participate in creating educational resources such as guides, tutorials, and webinars to improve customer education on accounting topics.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and business accounting practices.
- Experience using accounting software or ERP, preferably Holded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting concepts clearly and comprehensively.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
