**What Zoovu Does**
Zoovu is an AI content discovery platform that empowers businesses to help buyers discover products and make purchase decisions, wherever they are. The AI-driven platform structures product content and automatically enriches it with language that people understand to enable powerful and personalized discovery experiences such as visual configurators, semantic search and conversational assistants across all digital channels and partners. Companies such as Amazon, Under Armor, Gillette, and Samsung use Zoovu’s secure and scalable no-code platform to engage, educate and convert customers, streamline buyer journeys, and deliver great purchase experiences to millions of people worldwide, daily.
**The Role**:
- Be part of the team delivering new projects to new customers and expanding services to existing customers
- Introduce and support customers in gaining in depth knowledge about our systems and the effects and benefits to their business
- Be responsible for managing the day-to-day service relationship communications with the portfolio customers
- Collaborating with clients to establish key performance indicators and aiding the customer in achieving their goals and evolving the platform to ensure continued success
- Identify, track, and improve the health status of each of your customers
- Be the industry expert consulting the customer on best-in-class experiences
- Proactively work with the customer on the rollout plan, contract adoption and ensuring they have the high value experiences live
- Make sure that customers get maximum value from Zoovu and give them insight into this through high-touch engagements
- Networking within the customer organisation to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the customer organisation with a focus on creating executive level, value-based engagement
- Develop best practices for customer growth/renewal to ensure ongoing customer success, thereby driving customer growth and retention
- Become a Zoovu product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes
- Identify and drive cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain excellent knowledge of customer initiatives, roadmaps, rollout plans and issues
**Qualifications / Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years account management experience managing renewals and upsells / expansion.
- Proficiency in French required
- Ability to recognize and maximise business value
- Comfortable with preparing and delivering formal executive business reviews (EBR) to senior-level executives, with a focus on project-specific milestones and customer health
- Have proactive and collaborative mentality and excellent time management skills, ability to handle multiple accounts & assignments simultaneously
- Proactive team player who has fresh ideas when it comes to user adoption and churn mitigation
- Enjoys working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Unafraid to roll-up sleeves, get it done and "lead from the front”
- Exceptional drive for developing new operational processes and projects and ability to fulfil operational roles
- Be a quick learner and can work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
