A través de esta posición global podrás contribuir a la atracción del mejor talento mediante diferentes iniciativas de posicionamiento de nuestra marca empleadora.
**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?**
- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de atracción de talento a nível global.
- Diseñar e implementar iniciativas globales de posicionamiento de la marca empleadora, en colaboración con los equipos locales de Personas y Organización y áreas estratégicas de la organización.
- Liderar iniciativas y acciones en diferentes canales y medios (canales digitales, redes sociales, universidades, instituciones educativas, incubadoras de talento )
- Liderar proyectos específicos de atracción de talento en respuesta a necesidades específicas del negocio.
- Diseñar e implementar a nível global programas de atracción e incorporación de estudiantes(gestión de becarios, graduados, becas máster )
- Participar en proyectos específicos como: evaluación de best-practices de atracción de talento, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), diagnósticos de posicionamiento, etc.

**_Titulación_**
- Licenciatura / Grado en Marketing, Psicología, CC Económicas, o similar.
- Especialización en Marketing Digital.
- Se valorará Certificación en Employer Branding
**_Experiência_**
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en consultoras o agencias especializadas externas, participando en proyectos de diseño e implementación de estrategia de employer branding y de planes globales de atracción de talento.
- Experiência en compañías multinacionales o entornos de trabajo multiculturales.
- Experiência en la gestión de procesos de selección y onboarding.
- Perfil digital: experiência en gestión de cuentas de redes sociales
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
**_Idiomas_**
- Fluidez en castellano e inglés. Mínimo nível C1.
