Accounting & Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

Manages company suppliers; including tracking of invoices, payments, etc. in coordination with company Accounting department
- Controls and orders office supplies
- Controls and updates technical records inventory of Spanish division
- Collects and submits expenses, reimbursement requests, and other payroll-related items
- Manages annual medical check-ups
- Ensures that the Laboral Calendar /Spain Bank Holidays are correctly uploaded on KPA Company Calendar
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- Managing and processing invoices and expense forms
- Providing administrative help to the accounting and finance department
Part-time position|6 months + permanent contract
- Studies in Business Administration, Finance or similar
- Skills in utilizing Microsoft Office programs: Excel is a must
- Basic accounting knowledge, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc
Our client is a large-scale industrial and manufacturing with a national footprint.
Their offices are located in the East of Madrid.
