Partner Manager

**Summary**

The Partner Manager is responsible for managing and developing strategic partnerships with key business partners to achieve mutually beneficial business goals. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating and executing agreements, and building and maintaining relationships to drive growth and profitability.

**What You'll Do**
- Identify and evaluate potential partner opportunities and prioritize based on company goals and priorities.
- Negotiate and execute agreements with partners, ensuring that terms are favorable for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure the success of the partnership and to maximize the return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner strategies and initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Analyze and monitor partner performance to ensure targets are met and to identify areas for improvement.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments and bring new ideas and best practices to the company.
- Attend and represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and develop new opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners and manage all aspects of the partner relationship
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of partner performance and make recommendations for improvement

**What We're Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
